What were your biggest pain points during or after divorce? I'm going to incorporate the feedback I get into a new free webinar.
When we've been hurt so often in life we can close up and back away from connection. If you want to feel what it's like to be held and loved by others, open up your hands and your heart and trust 🤲🏻❤️
We choose to put our attention on different topics and thoughts throughout the day. Be discerning about which you amplify and which you release.

Join me in a live group coaching for divorced working mothers and get ready to soar :)
Rather than obsessing over how it all looks from the outside, tune in to how it feels on the inside 😊
We often hold ourselves to unreasonable standards... if you're a mom and you have young kids (especially if you are divorced) you need to find a a way to become comfortable with messiness 🙃.
Sometimes the path is straight and narrow, sometimes there are twists and turns.

Whatever happens trust that the path you're on is the right one, don't fight the flow...just go with it.
3 Changes For Mamas that Work (the third one is for your kiddos)
Sometimes change is fast and sometimes it's slow. Trust your inner wisdom to know the difference.
